Charlene Mae Welsh age 77, of Boulder City, NV passed away at her home on August 21, 2014. She was born in Boulder, CO on November 30, 1936 to George and Bess Stoddard. She married Richard Welsh on September 27, 1959 in Boulder, CO. They moved to Boulder City from Redlands, CA 26 years ago. Charlene was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother. She enjoyed spending time with family and especially the grandchildren.
Charlene is survived by her husband Richard Welsh; three children Joel Welsh, Tim Welsh, Paul (Pam) Welsh; and six grandchildren. Celebration of life will be held on Friday, September 5, 2014 at 12:40 pm at the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Veterans Memorial Drive Boulder City, NV 89005.
