Daniel Bellinfante
December 20, 1925 — November 19, 2011
Daniel Charles Bellinfante, the second son of Joseph and Angelena Bellinfante, was born on December 20, 1925, in Utica, New York, and passed in his sleep on Saturday, November 19, 2011 in Las Vegas, NV.
Upon completion of high school, Daniel attended college in upstate New York majoring in Mechanical Engineering. Dan enlisted in the United States Navy in March of 1944, and received an Honorable Discharge in June of 1946. After touring the United States, Dan settled in Los Angeles, CA, where he met his future wife, Mary "Frankie" Frances. They were married in July of 1954. Dan and Frankie retired in 1989 and moved to the Las Vegas area.
Dan is preceded in death by his parents, as well as, his younger brother, Robert Joseph, and survived by his older brother, retired Col C. G. Bellinfante of Tucson, AZ. Dan also leaves his wife, son Bud (Debra) Bellinfante of Henderson, NV, daughter Vicki (Peter) Keller of Boulder City, NV, six grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
With respect to Dan's last wishes, a private burial was held on November 29, 2011 at the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Boulder City, NV.
