Dennis Paul Tretton

Dennis Paul Tretton, 70, was born on March 5, 1955 to Walter and Catherine Tretton (Seitz) in Tacoma, WA. He passed away on June 26, 2025 at his home in Boulder City, NV surrounded by his family. He is preceded in death by his parents, and brothers Patrick and Mike Tretton. He is survived by siblings Maureen, Tim, Colleen, John, by the love of his life, Vickie Tretton, his son Brandon Tretton, and daughter Melissa Tretton.

Dennis and Vickie met when they were just kids in 1977. Dennis was 22, and Vickie, 19. The story is as simple as true love always is. They knew immediately that their future was designed by God to be together. Two people, madly in love, from the day they met and for eternity.

Dennis and Vickie were married on March 23, 1980 in Lake Tahoe, CA. In 1982 they welcomed their son Brandon, and in 1986 relocated to Las Vegas, NV. 4 years later in 1990 they welcomed their daughter Melissa and in 1994 settled their life in Boulder City, NV.

Dennis enjoyed a quiet life with his family. Boating, watching or coaching sports, camping and listening to all the best music was how he liked to spend his free time. Dennis worked as a professional driver, and in the hotel concierge industry for most of his life, serving all walks of life from tourists to locals. This gave him the power of being an incredible judge of character. If you wanted the truth, you would ask Dennis.

If he wasn’t working you could find Dennis obviously and deeply investing values into his home. If you knew Dennis then you know he loved nothing more than his wife, his children and his country. He was a proud American and always had the hope that God’s will would be done. There will be a piece missing in the hearts of those who knew and loved Dennis, and his family will always continue his legacy here on earth.
