Col. Frank J. Emma USAF Ret. passed away on the evening of September 12, 2021, peacefully in his sleep. He and his wife, Jeanine loved calling Boulder City home. He is dearly loved by so many and will be missed. He is survived by his children, Frank Emma Jr., Dorothy Allen and husband Mike Allen, Patty Tweedle and husband John Tweedle, four grandchildren, Frank Emma III, Christine Emma, Jacob Tweedle and Sarah Tweedle and her husband Drew Webber.
