It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, and uncle on Saturday, October 2, 2021.  He was 60 years old.

Jerry is survived by his wife Bonnie; sons Tyler (Gaella) and Colby (Marlene); step children Skyler, Daria, and Dakota; mother, Janet (Frank); siblings Debbie (Richard), Joe (Patty), Teresa (Frank), Brian (Jeff), and Tonya (Aaron); nephews, nieces, uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.

Jerry loved being a grandfather and held a special place in his heart for his grandchildren, Tyler Jr., Alexa, Deven, and Hunter.  They were his pride and joy.

Jerry is preceded in death by his father Patrick Smyth and his adoptive father, Theodore Doutis who raised Jerry from an early age.

Jerry was a loyal family man and friend.  He was a fantastic drummer and he enjoyed hunting and fishing with his family and friends.

A Celebration of Life for Jerry will be held November 6th, 2021, at Bali Hai Golf Club, Las Vegas, Nevada.
