Ingrid Shirley Oveson

Ingrid Shirley Oveson, 88 passed away on Friday, October 6, 2023 in Mesquite Nv.  She was born April 20, 1935 in London England. As a young child she emigrated with her mother and father from England to the United States. They lived in Milwaukee, Wi., where they became United States citizens, then moved to Salt Lake City, Ut. In 1953 she married her high school love.  In 1960 they moved to Woods Cross Utah where she lived and raised her four children until she moved to Mesquite, Nv. in November of 2019. She is preceded in death by her husband Garry Oveson and her son Michael Oveson. She is survived by her daughter, SueAnn Garrett, son, Scott Oveson, daughter, Sandra Stark, and her many grand children, great grand children and great, great grandchildren. Grave side memorial services will be held at a later date in Bountiful, Ut.  In lieu of flowers, financial contributions in memory of Ingrid Oveson can be sent to the University of Utah School of Medicine, Body Donor Program, 520 Wakara Way, Salt Lake City, Ut, 84112.
