Jacqueline "Jackie" Sutch

Jacqueline Lee Sutch “Jackie” age 95, of Boulder City, NV passed away on February 24, 2020.  She was born on January 20, 1925 in Long Beach, CA to Carl and Vera Jacobson.  She married Kenneth William Sutch on May 14, 1985 in Las Vegas, NV.

Jackie worked as a registered nurse most of her life and retired in 1986.  Shortly after retirement Kenneth and Jackie moved to Boulder City in 1991.  Kenneth preceded her in death in 1994.  As a nurse and as a person, Jackie was extremely compassionate and always giving.  She enjoyed dancing, music, fishing, camping, traveling and her dog April. Jackie was involved in the local Elks Lodge of Boulder City and the Red Hats Society.

Jackie is survived by her two sons Richard (Marilyn) Sutch of Henderson, NV and Kenneth (Dana) Sutch of Long Beach, CA; sister Shirley Hardy; brother David Jacobson; three grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.  Her brother Carl Jacobson preceded her in death.

Celebration of life will be held on Thursday, July 9, 2020 at 9:20 amat the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Veterans Memorial Drive, Boulder City, NV 89005. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to a charity, of your choice, in Jackie’s name. Family and friends can sign an online memorial guestbook at www.bouldercityfamilymortuary.com
