Lieutenant Colonel Joe Rios Saucedo Jr. age 59, passed away on September 16, 2011 at his home in Henderson, Nevada. He was born on November 1, 1951 in Dallas, Texas to Joe Rios Saucedo Sr and Celia Espinoza Saucedo.
Joe is survived by his wife Vilma Saucedo; three children Jennifer (George) Espinoza, Jessica Saucedo, Jason (Kelly) Saucedo; three grandchildren Xavier, Leyla, Blake, father Joe Rios Saucedo Sr; mother Celia Saucedo; a brother Jerry (pat) Saucedo; two sisters Sandra (Jerry) Scott, Patricia (Dickie) Osborne; many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 23, 2011 at 10:00 at the St. Thomas More Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to the Joe R Saucedo Jr Scholarship Fund that has been set up with Chase Bank.
