In 1963, due to a job transfer, the family moved to Tempe, AZ where Martha worked for two hospitals and then went to work for Dr. Robert Cuthbertson in his office. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and he introduced the family to the gospel. Another job transfer brought the family to Boulder City in November 1969. She worked many years for Dr. Harold Miller in Henderson, NV. When her children were young, she was a den mother for cub scouts and was a 4H leader. She also served in many different callings in the church. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, quilting, genealogy, and visiting with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She is survived by her three children, Kathy (Leonard) Carlson of Cardston, Alberta, Canada, John (Carla) Titmus of Lehi, Utah, and Janis (Anthony) Rodriguez of Boulder City, Nevada, her granddaughter and caregiver, Angela (Joshua) Rodriguez-Zobrist as well as 15 other grandchildren, 39 1/2 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.
