Orlando Paul Millward, 77, of Scenic, Arizona, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on August 18, 2026. Orlando was born on May 3, 1949, in Pocatello, Idaho, to his loving parents, Joseph Albert Millward and Medra Rose (Kennington) Millward.

Orlando graduated from Pocatello High School and went on to complete two years of trade school, where he learned the art and skill of welding. He worked as a welder for many years, lending his talents to power plants, and working as a boilermaker throughout his career.

He married the love of his life, Lynette Jones on September 7, 1968 in Pocatello, ID. Together they raised a loving family with 5 children; Shauna, John, Misty, Amy, and Jesse.

Orlando was a proud veteran who honorably served his country in the United States Army.

A creative at heart, Orlando had a lifelong love of art in all its forms. His many hobbies included painting, bronze sculpting, woodworking, photography, stained glass, and collecting marbles. He found joy in working with his hands and creating beautiful things throughout his life.

Orlando was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Albert Millward and Medra Rose (Kennington) Millward; family members Geraldine Jaeger, Clyde Jaeger, Verlee Montgomery, Ron Montgomery, Pauline Miller, Ken Fowler, David Millward, Aaron Elkington, and Michael A. Hammer; and his angel granddaughter, Indiana.

He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Lynette; his siblings, Ben Millward (Naconna), Ken Miller, Sarah Fowler, Golden Millward (Sandra), George Millward (Janet), Dean Millward (Jacqueline), Dan (Raedean), Ray (Judy), and Phyllis Elkington; his children, Shauna Lee Ann Stanger, John Paul Millward (Christian), Misty Dawn Hammer, Amy Lynn Millward, and Jesse Ray Millward (Rachel); his grandchildren, Summer Brooks (Taylor), Gavin, Ayla, Anaid, Jakob, and Sunny; as well as his great-grandchild, August.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
