Paul Norman Osborne

Paul Norman Osborne Jr, know to many as Norm, passed away on September 25, 2026, at the Southern Nevada Veterans Home in Boulder City, Nevada. He was born on April 16, 1948, in San Bernardino, California to Paul Norman Osborne Sr and Maxine Louise Collins Osborne.

Norm was an adventurous man who embraced life with energy and enthusiasm. He served as an Army Medical Corpsman in the US Armed Forces during the Vietnam War, received the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, and Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal. His military service as an ambulance paramedic shaped his future, in his working years, he owned Howard Ambulance Inc. and Life Care Ambulance Inc. in Redlands, California, building a career marked by responsibility and service. Outside of work, he filled his life with the things he loved most. Spending time with family and his pets, camping, radio-controlled planes and trains, being Santa Claus, and he found great happiness on the water, keeping a boat on Lake Mead and spending treasured time boating there. He loved to travel, drove tractor-trailers, enjoyed sport fishing and took special pleasure in riding motorcycles, both on the street and in the dirt. Norm had an interest in woodworking, making furniture for his home.

He is survived by his fiancé of five years, Nancy Pulliam. He also leaves behind his son, Brian Osborne, and his daughter, Melissa (Gant) Renick. His family circle also includes his brother, Stephen Osborne and his chosen sister and best friend of thirty years, Cokie Booth. Those who knew Norm will remember a man who pursued life wholeheartedly and found joy in adventure, travel, and time spent doing the things that he loved.

A funeral service will be held on October 16, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Boulder City Seventh-day Adventist Church, 591 Adams Blvd, Boulder City, Nevada 89005. A graveside service will follow on October 19, 2026 from 1:30 p.m. at Montecito Memorial Park 3520 E Washington St, Colton California 92324.
