Sandra Jill Catlin

Sandra Jill Keel Catlin passed away on March 23, 2026 at the age of 75 in St. George, Utah. She was born on November 9, 1950, in Fillmore, Utah, to Lloyd Charles and Dawnetta (Beaumont) Keel. Sandra graduated from Millard High School and continued her education at Southern Utah University.

On September 4, 1970, she married Samuel E. Baldwin, and together they welcomed three sons. Sandra was a devoted member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and especially loved teaching Primary.

In 1980, she began working for Rayloc, where she was promoted to Personnel Administrator, a position she held for six years. On August 7, 1987, she married Arthur Leroy Catlin. They made their home in Payson, Utah, until relocating to Mesquite, Nevada, in 2013. Sandra and Art shared 29 wonderful years together. Art was a loving, kind and thoughtful man that she considered her sunshine who always had her laughing at something. His passing on January 27, 2017, was a profound loss.

Sandra loved the outdoors and enjoyed working in her yard, golfing, boating, snowmobiling, hunting, camping, four-wheeling and spending time with family and friends. She was a member of the Personnel Association of Central Utah and the Utah Ladies Professional Golf Association.

She is survived by her sons Shane (Mia) Baldwin and Shad Baldwin; her stepdaughters Sheila (Blaine) Puderbaugh and Kristie Catlin; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; her siblings Jeff (Jolyn) Keel, Sydney Keel, Debbie Barnes, Laurie (Mike) Holt, and Tracy (Lynnette) Keel; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Sandra is preceded in death by her husband Arthur (Art) Leroy Catlin; her stepdaughter Cherie Harris; her first husband Samuel E. Baldwin; her son Shawn G. Baldwin; and her parents, Lloyd Charles and Dawnetta Keel.

Sandra will be remembered and honored at a viewing on Saturday, April 11th, at the Fillmore 2nd ward Chapel (25 S 300 W Fillmore, UT) from 9:30 am to 10:30 am.
