Stephen Rowe

Stephen Douglas Rowe, age 67, of Boulder City, NV passed away on April 4, 2017. He was born on June 5, 1949 in Valentine, NE to Richard and H. June Rowe. He was raised in Loup City, NE. After Steve graduated from Grand Island High School, he joined the United States Air Force. He retired from the Air Force as Captain in California. He then moved to Boulder City.
Steve married Stephany Coon and they enjoyed 34 years of marriage prior to her passing earlier this year. He was an active member in the Elks and volunteered many hours to veterans organizations. He enjoyed having a good time and was a great story teller.
Steve is survived by his son Dan (Madeline) Rowe; two grandchildren Kelby and Hannah; Brother Dave (Lois) Rowe; Sister Becky (Tom) Courteau; and Sister-in-law Daphne (Kelley) Summerhill. Stephen is preceded in death by his wife of 30 years, Stephany.
