Tami Coen

August 18, 1967 — December 9, 2020

Henderson

Tami (Tamara) Lin Coen, age 53, of Henderson, NV passed away on December 9, 2020, in Las Vegas, NV.  She was born on August 18, 1967, in Los Angeles, CA to Lawrence Coen and Vivian Cords Coen.  Tamara had moved to Henderson from Seattle in 2008.  She is survived by Mark Mollo her husband and best friend for the last 27 years.

Tamara was a fun-loving person, extremely humorous, intelligent, god-fearing, and would brighten up any room she walked into.  She was a true animal lover and has cared for many pets throughout her lifetime and especially loved her pet Pomeranian Prince and bunny rabbit Sinjin Smith.  She became a vegetarian at the age of 5 years old when the kids at school told her that meat was from animals. After her mother confirmed that meat came from animals, she quit eating meat.  She loved music and watching music videos of all genres.  She collected barbies and classic cars. She liked driving her cars to make others happy when they saw them on the road. Nothing made her happier than to make others laugh and she went out of the way to put a smile on their faces. She enjoyed playing Pokémon and interacting with Pokémon players. Although she liked Chanel and Gucci, her style was exceptional and all her own.

She was not only beautiful on the outside her personality and sense of humor were beautiful (one of a kind) and adorable. The world is a much lesser place without her in it.

She deeply loved her mother Vivian and sister Tresha Vance and now they are back together bringing joy in heaven.

Tami will be laid to rest with a graveside service at Palm Valley View Cemetery 7600 S Eastern Ave Las Vegas, NV 89120 on Thursday, December 17, 2020, at 2:00 pm.  Family and friends can sign an online memorial guestbook at www.bouldercityfamilymortuary.com
