Tracy Owens

Tracy Lynn Owens, age 60, of Boulder City, NV passed away on May 10, 2020 at home.  He was born on December 2, 1960 in Haxtun, Colorado to Mary Ann Price and Gary Phillip Rice.  Tracy served in the US Marine Corps as an amphibious crewman. He moved to Las Vegas in 1977 and he returned in 1996. He graduated from Bonanza HS and spent the last 2 years living in Boulder City. He is survived by his sister Lori Smith, brother Sam Owens, and mother Mary Ann Fonseca. Tracy enjoyed going to the gym and eating healthy. He loved Christmas time and being with his family. He had a quirky sense of humor and we will miss him terribly.

Due to these uncertain times, funeral arrangements have been postponed.
