Las Vegas

David Charles Hull, age 84 of Las Vegas, NV passed away peacefully on January 20, 2020 from end-stage renal failure, diabetes, and hypertension after an accidental fall.  Dave died at home surrounded by his loving family.  He was born on May 26, 1935 in Pittsburgh, PA to Harry and Angeline Rose De Pasquale Hull.  He moved to Las Vegas, NV in 1988.  He met Sherry Eve Stork (known as Eve) in August of 1989 at Arizona Charlie's Bowling Alley.  They soon were partners and 16 years later they were married at the Justice of the Peace in Las Vegas, NV on August 21, 2005.  He served his Country in the US Army 1st Cavalry Division for 25 years.  He was very proud of his service, especially his two tours of duty in Vietnam.  He retired as a Sergeant First Class on May 26, 1995.  After retirement from the Army he worked for the Clark County School District as a School Bus Driver doing field trips and sporting activities for 17 years.

He enjoyed golfing and bowling until his health would not allow him to continue.  He loved watching old movies and the situation comedy, the King of Queens.  Eve fondly remembers watching hundreds of episodes of this show with him.  He also loved the many amenities and activities that Las Vegas had to offer.

He is survived by his Wife, Eve. .  He was preceded in death by his Mother and Father; Daughter, Alice Hull; Brother, John Hull; Sister, Carmella "Millie" Rutilio and Nephew Jon Hul.  His surviving Family include his Nieces Donna Williams and Karen Zimmerman, his Nephews Dave and Sam Hull and Cousin Nick Tallo.  He leaves numerous other Cousins in the Pittsburgh, PA area.

He will be cremated and his ashes will be interred at Ft. Logan National Cemetery in Denver, CO with his Wife Eve when she passes away.  We will celebrate Dave's life at a later date at his favorite restaurant, Pasta Mia West in Las Vegas, NV.  The Family will be in contact when the date has been set.

Dave was a kind and gentle man and will be greatly missed by his Family and Friends. Family and Friends can sign the on-line memorial guest book at www.starmortuary.com.
